Reservation Policy:
In order to make a reservation at the Villas, it is necessary that 40% of the total cost of your stay be prepaid.
The remaining amount is settled upon your departure.
Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled:
30 to 1 days prior to the arrival date of the visitor – client, 40% of the total cost of the stay is charged
The day of arrival of the visitor – client, 100% of the cost of the stay is charged.
